Sage Pork Chops with Parmesan Rice --From Everyday Food - Issue 40, March 2007 - Page 30 -- YUM!
Everyone loved the sauce flavor and loved the taste (and the money/sodium savings) of the Parmesan Rice. Why buy those boxes and packages when this is so much better! Though I'm still trying to get the knack of making regular rice instead of Minute Rice - it tends to overboil on me just about everytime.
Of course, I didn't follow the recipe exactly -- I used dried parsley instead of fresh in the rice. And I didn't have any shallots nor any wine, so I subbed a little onion powder and chicken broth. Turned out great despite myself!
