I love the fundraising cookbooks and here's the latest one for my collection. Just published and chock-full - 219 pages! - of Texas-style recipes and goodies. Such as Scrumdillyumshish, Old-Timey Buttermilk Pie, Popcorn Cake, Parmesan Enchiladas, Pecan Sticky Muffins, Sweet and Sour Asparagus, Southwestern Cheese Dip, Frog Eye Salad, Texas Hash, Peaches and Cream Salsa, and so much more. I might have to get that cookbook. I know where Bastrop and Smithville are...even the Smithville ER, lol...oops
