While others were scurrying about Costco getting set for New Year's Eve parties...and also the fact Costco would be closed for one day - did you ever notice how much busier it is the day before? It's almost a panic mentality - Costco will be closed tomorrow!...I found a new cereal to try -- Kashi Honey Sunshine. Priced around $6.49 with two separate bags inside. Yes, thank you Costco. It looks just like Capt'n Crunch cereal of our youth without the overboard sick-sweet taste. And a lot healthier, too: 3/4 cup serving (which is plenty) has only 100 calories, 1.5g fat (no sat, no trans - yay!), 135 sodium, 70mg potassium, 25 total carbs, 20g whole grains, 6g fiber (!), 2g protein and only 6g sugar. The box is pretty, too. Just the thing to brighten up your breakfast table on a dreary January day.
