You merely glance at Vogue 7799 View A and it practically sews itself! Start to finish - less than 30 minutes and that counts changing the threads in my serger and sewing machine...and taking the photo. I added 1 1/2" to the length and did widen the neck/cowl 1/4" on both sides, as I didn't want to be wearing this and clawing at my neck. Nice draping, I just tucked the raw edges of the neckline under, instead of folding and tacking a 3" facing. The fabric was a remnant from Hancock's about 8 years ago. Just a little stretch, one way. I don't know why Vogue specifies 2-way stretch for the pattern fabric. You can get away without it. Now should I try it in long sleeves View B? Methinks so. I'm going 3 for 3!
