L loved the purple cotton version of 8517 so much, I thought I would try it in a knit. This is a silky thin knit, much nicer in real life than it photographed.
We decided to forgo the ruching option again. It hung from the shoulder gathering so nicely, it didn't need any pit stops along the way.
