The same trilly techno beat repeat is on both songs! When I was torturing my daughter with the ABBA cd on the way home from the fields of bluebonnets, I thought she "accidently" switched back to XM and Madonna's song was playing. It starts about 15 seconds in (you really hear it at :30) on Hung Up. Same point on ABBA's Gimme! And they are both dance-y/disco-y songs. Confessions, indeed! But since I don't have the Madonna cd, maybe she does give credit to ABBA.
