Blogging A to Z Challenge - A is for Amethyst

Back to watercolor for the Blogging from A to Z Challenge 2016!  This will be interesting and fun trying to interpret healing crystals and gemstones from Amethyst to Zircon with watercolors and create a neat sketchbook.

Let's begin with A for Amethyst!

Amethyst is the stone for Pisces.  It also improves concentration and brings clarity to the mind, especially good for meditation.  Some sources say that wearing amethyst can help prevent migraines, ward off danger, increase charisma and help promote healthy and restorative sleep.

Palette Paints -- Winsor Violet, Permanent Rose and Cobalt Blue make gorgeous shades of purple.
