Today's stats - 38 minutes, 2.28 miles, 254 calories
Had to squeeze this one in between dropping off L at school and then early dismissal.

Then I kept hubby company while L went on a 3 mile run. Combined I think I reached that (really unrealistic) American Heart Association goal of 90 minutes of exercise today!
