I found the second issue of Altered Couture at Jo-Ann's. A good use for your 40% off coupon, the price is $14.99. eek. Patience is not my fortitude, I bought my copy a couple weeks at Barnes & Noble (with a 25% off coupon and my 10% Member discount. Close enough!)It's well worth the money for the inspiration and overall admiration of contributor cleverness. I usually leave it on my coffee table to pick up and randomly flip through.
