K. P. Kid's & Co.'s "Flag Jumper and Overalls" by Kari Pearson. Such a fun and creative person! I got to know her and her family at the Houston Quilt Festivals in the 
early/mid 90's. I love her style of drawing, and her patterns were filled chock-a-block with applique designs. You may be able to still find some of her patterns, fabric and books at quilt shops and online.
