I just received my Winter 2012 catalog from Penzeys with a coupon for a free 1/2 cup jar of their Cinnamon Sugar! (online and and telephone orders, use Code 11855C) Great timing, I'm just about out. Theirs is way better than mixing your own. They use a blend of two different cinnamons (china cassia and ceylon) plus vanilla bean!And as usual, the catalog is filled with recipes. What caught my eye right off the bat? Buttermilk cookies and cherry almond muffins. Life is sweet!
