Purple Tree Sunrise

This was inspired by a photograph of William Anzalone's "Very Yellow" oil painting.  (I don't think he needs to be too concerned.)  The trees are Texas Hill Country junipers.

Sometimes the practice bits turn out quite cool and pretty!

This week we were working on using analogous or complementary colors.  The purple and yellow are opposite each other on the color wheel and are therefore complentary.
