One of L's teachers is retiring and they asked me to create a notebook for her students' memory letters, drawings, etc., to present to her on the last day of school. I sewed the school uniform patch (it fit-whew!) to the spine of the uniform fabric covered notebook and then beaded some trim for the front. I couldn't resist the daisies!

(Recognize that lace trim? Everything gets kept and used eventually around here!)
